This place is pretty hectic. Has 20million people in it. Some areas are rich the others are ghetto as. Good blend ( besides the poverty). Will be going back. Cheap aswell. Hit it up. Its pretty fun going into a Spanish speaking country knowing no Spanish. You just get along with the locals so much better then.
