Laguna beach/ Newport

Pretty cool place. Kind of like a break from inner LA. The skimboarding is passionate in Laguna/OC. We went to a premier and it was like lords of dog town. I got stuck listening to some gnar old drunk guy talk about Ross Clark Jones. I didnt have the heart to tell him Ross is a surfer not a skimboarder. What you see on tv is what you get on the beach which is pretty cool. From what i saw and heard the guys bitch more then the chiks. If your in the area its definitely worth a look. The motel was sick and we found out it was free wine and cheese from 5/6pm which was dope.

Also we cruised with our friend Jason Rhodes, an up and coming white rapper who surfs just a little bit on the side. He showed us some spots like taco bell and where Peter Norths house was and some topless beaches and where the wedge usually breaks etc. Plus threes a few picks of LA in the mix. We got kicked off a train that we paid for that was to go from LA to Newport because of the surfboards. Pretty weird but that's America. From here we hired a beast car and headed for Vegas.
